My phone shows no data. Tokenly mirrors your desktop: install the desktop app first, then pair from the phone (Settings → Connect → scan the QR shown on the desktop). Not ready to pair? Tap "See a demo" to explore with sample data.
Widget or Live Activity looks stale. The widget refreshes itself and fetches the latest snapshot when its data is older than ~10 minutes. If it stays stale, open the app once and check Settings → Data. Make sure the desktop app is running.
Where is my data stored? Locally on your devices and — for device sync — as an end-to-end encrypted snapshot only your paired devices can read. Details in the privacy policy and the in-app Data Inventory (Settings → Privacy).
Trial & Premium. Every platform starts with a 7-day full-featured, ad-free trial. After the trial the Mac app keeps working with occasional in-app promos; Premium removes them and unlocks device sync. Mobile never shows ads — Premium unlocks syncing with your desktop. One subscription, managed through the App Store / Google Play.
