These terms govern your use of the Tokenly applications for Apple (iOS + macOS), Android, and Windows.

What Tokenly is, plainly

Tokenly is a personal usage and cost tracker for your own LLM provider accounts. It reads usage data from Claude, ChatGPT, the Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter APIs and similar services, using your own credentials, on the device that holds them. Tokenly is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Microsoft, GitHub, Cursor, Mistral, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Cohere, or any other LLM provider it integrates with.

Your account, your credentials

You are responsible for the LLM provider accounts you connect to Tokenly. Tokenly uses the same session cookies, bearer tokens and API keys those providers already issue to you. You agree to:

What you may not do

You may not:

No warranty

Tokenly is provided as is. Usage and cost numbers come from each LLM provider's own endpoints and are subject to that provider's accuracy. Tokenly displays them honestly but cannot guarantee that the provider's number is correct, in real time, or unchanged across billing cycles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement) and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any over-budget bills you may receive from a connected provider.

In-app purchases (future)

Tokenly is free during the current TestFlight beta. A future Premium one-time unlock (~$9.99 USD or local equivalent, cross-platform) may be offered. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play / Microsoft Store. Refunds follow the policy of the store that processed the purchase.

Termination

You may stop using Tokenly at any time by uninstalling it. Provider credentials stored in your operating system's keychain remain until you disconnect each provider in Tokenly or remove the entry yourself.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the new version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date, and the change will be noted in the in-app release notes before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where the developer is established. EU consumer rights apply in addition to anything in these terms; nothing here removes statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
